I guess you've found yourself curious about who I am and what this blog is about.
And I guess that's what this page is going to be about.
Shontae. A. Blocker.
I am complex simplicity.
I was born on April 30, in 1979 in Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. I am the oldest child of three and the only daughter, which makes me the BIGGEST Daddy's Girl ever. I love my Daddy.
I am of West Indian, Scottish, and Cherokee Indian descent.
I am the mother of three beautiful girls, "Peanut" (oldest), "Monkey"/"Diva" (middle), and "Rabbit" (baby girl). They are my everything. Even on the days when I can't gather strength to go on, they are my motivators.
I am the wife to Mister, who is currently serving in the United States Air Force. He is my biggest fan, my love, my heart, my soul, my everything. We were married in New Jersey on August 9, 2002.
Although born in Brooklyn, I was an Army brat, so we lived everywhere but New York. My Father retired in North Carolina so I spent most of my years in Fayetteville. I now reside in New Jersey with my family. We've been here since 2002...and I can't wait to leave. (lol)
I'm a photographer, a cosmetologist, fast talker, a poetry love, a horror movie addict, a chocoholic, and a Sims fanatic. I love to cook, read, and watch reality shows. I am the best friend to very few, but loved by many. I am very open-minded. Not political, not religious, not perfect, but I do keep up with the news and what's going in the world. I do believe in God.
If you decide to stick around and become a "V.I.P." to my blog, Welcome! I'm glad you're here.
I promise to try to keep it entertaining while also adding some serious subjects.
Below you'll find my first Vlog video. I'm usually not in front of the camera because I talk faster than my mouth can process lol
